Parents are most welcome to drop in during tutorial classes to observe the
programme in action.
Students who cannot attend a scheduled session must have their parents
notify the office no later than the day before their session so that
rescheduling plans can be made. Payment will be expected if a session is
missed without prior notification, especially in cases when a student misses
a session due to participation in after-school activities e.g. sports, clubs,
rehearsals. If a session falls on a statutory holiday, that session may be
rescheduled to a different day of the same week. There will be no classes
during Christmas holidays or during Spring Break but will be held during all
PA days. An exam review programme is offered during the Christmas Break.
Please discuss the expectations of this programme thoroughly with your
child, sign the appropriate area on the registration form to indicate that
you wish your child to participate in the programme under the above
conditions, and have the completed forms returned to our Pape location
(please use the front door mail slot if our school is closed) or Via the on-line
form. We strongly encourage parents who are interested in the KTS
programme to send in their registration form as soon as possible. If classes
